This week at Polkadoodles the challenge has been set by the lovely Saskia, and she wants to see cards or projects with a
Home
theme, this could be a new home, moving home, a village scene, something for the home, a bird house, anything at all to do with home.
I made a quick and easy card using word paper from the Back to Nature CD, and pink gingham paper and a tag from All Around and Everywhere. I used a spellbinders die to cut five keys out of black card, cut one key from silver card and layered it over the central black key then attached the tag with some silver cord. Inside the card there is an Irish new home blessing.
My nephew and his family are moving into a new home shortly so this card will come in very handy.
If you need more inspiration then head over to the Polkadoodles challenge blog and see what the rest of the design team has come up with.
Also if you are beginning to think about making a start on this years Christmas cards, then make sure you catch Nikky on Create and Craft on Tuesday 5th July, she will be launching two fantastic new Magical Christmas CD's which are just jam packed with yummy images and papers, make sure you check them out!
Beautifully elegant card. Very classy! Karen x (it's me - lol)
